What We Expect From The Cat Parents

  • Cats must be vaccinated with PHC and anti-rabies; vaccination records must be shown.
  • Cats must be neutered/spayed.
  • Any previous or current health issues should be mentioned.
  • Pre-booking is required.
  • Any medications should be informed in advance.
  • Inform us ahead in cases of any skin conditions or fleas.
  • Payment should be made with 60% in advance on the day of admission.

Meeting these requirements helps us ensure a safe and healthy environment for all our feline guests.

FAQ

Do I need to bring anything for them (food,treats,toys,etc.)?

No, you don’t need to bring anything else. However, leaving a small blanket or a piece of cloth with familiar smell helps the kitty get accommodated sooner.

The first few minutes, sometimes hours depending on your kitty’s personality, YES, they feel hesitant and scared. But we take our time and are patient with our approach. Once they have started eating, pooping, and peeing, we declare that they have settled in.

We generally do not recommend cat interactions for shorter stays to ensure their comfort and safety. However, for longer stays, we can consider allowing interactions after a certain quarantine period to ensure all cats are healthy and comfortable with each other. This helps in preventing any stress or potential health issues.
